We started because good trips were being ruined by the drive.
JananTour is a Warsaw travel agency built for English-speaking visitors to Poland — families, business delegations and groups who want the country without the friction.
How it began البداية
One bad airport pickup, and a very long list of notes.
A family friend landed at Warsaw Chopin on a winter evening with two children and four suitcases. The pre-booked car never came. The replacement driver spoke almost no and no English. Ninety minutes later, the fare had doubled.
That night produced a list of everything that had gone wrong — and the list became the company. JananTour was set up to answer it point by point: a named driver who speaks your language, a flight tracked from take-off, a price fixed in writing, and somebody reachable on WhatsApp at any hour.
We still run the business the same way. Small fleet, drivers we know personally, and no booking passed to a subcontractor we haven't sat in the car with.
